Membership Policies
Group Membership Policies
All members within a plan must reside in the same residence.
*Couples plans include 2 people who are partners, spouses, or a parent with a child under the age of 21 and residing at the same address as the parent.
**Family plans include one couple, as defined above, and any children that are under the age of 21 and residing at the same address as the parent.
Member Commitments and Authorization
All memberships are set up on auto-draft reoccurring billing until the membership is appropriately canceled. Monthly plans are based on a minimum 12-month commitment. The membership is open-ended after the initial 12-month period. Annual memberships are based on a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation of an annual membership does not result in a refund of unused months. Cancellation requires written notice 30-days before your next payment.
