Triangle Shooting Academy is looking for upbeat and welcoming individuals to join their Guest Services Team! Guest Services is tasked with greeting all members and guests upon their arrival. Additionally, GS team members are responsible for processing range cards, memberships, issuing gift cards, checking-in courses/private instruction and more. These processes involve the use of web-based apps, point-of-sale software, Microsoft Office products, etc. Basic computer skills are necessary to successfully complete these tasks. Firearm knowledge is not required. Applicants must feel comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling firearms when necessary.
Our retail team takes pride in providing guests with a no-pressure and educational experience. Applicants must have the ability to assist guests in finding the right products for them in a warm and welcoming demeanor! Additionally, retail sales are tasked with keeping the sales floor clean and well-stocked, processing Form 4473s, completing sales through our point-of-sale system, and more. Applicants must have a firm understanding of firearm safety and a firm understanding of most types and brands of firearms and firearm accessories.
Looking for a fast-paced, detailed, but fun position? Apply for our Range Counter Team! Range Counter team members are tasked with assisting guests in selecting the right firearm and/or caliber for rental, completing payment through our point-of-sale, ensuring all guests have appropriate credentials to shoot, collect and distribute photo identification, clear all rental firearms in-bound/out-bound of the range and more. Applicants must have an extremely firm understanding and practice of firearm safety.
Triangle Shooting Academy is always looking to expand the Range Safety Officer (RSO) Team. RSOs' primary role and responsibility are to maintain the safety of our range by overseeing all shooters within the bays (range). Additionally, RSOs may assist shooters in their fundamentals if requested or needed by the guest. This is the path to become an instructor within our facility. Applicants must have an extremely firm understanding and practice of firearm safety. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and professional de-escalation skills are also required.
